Please complete the application form below. The deadline for submissions is March 31, 2026, and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status no later than April 30, 2026.
As part of the application, you are required to submit two documents (Your CV and One Letter of Recommendation) in one single file.
The single file should be uploaded in PDF format at the end of the application.
There is no registration fee. Accommodation and meals will be provided.
A limited number of participants may receive partial travel support. If you require support, please provide details in the designated section of the application. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the organizers.
